London Delivery Launch Campaign

Morrisons were announcing to London that they were now delivering to their neighbourhood. We opted for a bright, playful approach using household foods to complete the names of some of London’s most famous neighbourhoods. I actually pitched this as a 3rd option to our stakeholders as a bit of a joke, but they loved it, and the rest is history.
April Fool’s

For April Fool’s 2015, we put together an email campaign announcing the launch of Morrisons Airdrop, a hot air balloon delivery service. We wanted to riff off the then hot topic of drone delivery (which nearly a decade later has yet to materialise in any meaningful way) but in an obviously absurd way. It also allowed us to make more tongue-in-cheek references, like being eco-friendly, and offering order tracking via binoculars.
Sadly, this was a time when Morrisons was welcoming in a new CEO who almost universally threw out all marketing campaigns from both internal teams and external agencies such as ours. Still, I had so much fun putting this together and I’m still really proud of the concept, so I thought I’d finally give it its moment in the sun by showcasing it here.
